Voyant is a web-based platform for text analysis, designed to help researchers and students visualise and explore textual data. It offers a range of tools to analyse your own uploaded text files. Features include word frequency analysis, narrative trend visualisations, analysis of phrases and collocates, among many others. Voyant contains many colourful visualisations that you can use to present your findings in a clear and attractive way. It is an easy to use tool that gives access to text mining methods without requiring advanced technical skills.
During this short online demonstration, you will discover the functionalities of Voyant and learn more about the uses, strengths and limitations of this tool. The demonstration will take approximately 20 minutes + 10 minutes for questions. The presentation will be in English.
