Generative AI: mini-workshop

Generative AI: mini-workshop

The use of generative AI in education and research is a topic full of possibilities and challenges. In this 30-minute session, organized by the University Library, we will introduce the basics of generative AI tools like ChatGPT and discuss how to use them responsibly. We’ll take a closer look at how these tools work, share tips for crafting better prompts* with the PREPARE model, and highlight where to find resources for further exploration. Whether you are a student or a teacher, this session will provide practical insights to help you navigate this rapidly evolving field.

* A prompt is the text or question you give to an AI tool to tell it what you want it to do or answer.

Bring Your Own Prompt:
Have you tried ChatGPT or CoPilot yet? Bring your prompt! During the workshop we will discuss how to improve it.
