[webinar] AI Tools for Literature Research?

Curious to know if you can use AI tools for literature research?

In this session, we’ll explore the role of AI tools in academic searching. You’ll see how chatbots like ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot compare with research-oriented tools such as Elicit or Consensus — and discuss whether/if they can be used responsibly in an academic environment.

In this session, we’ll discuss:

  • How different AI tools work behind the scenes

  • How they can (and cannot) be used for literature research

  • When AI tools can be helpful when searching for information — and when it’s better to avoid it

Note: this is not a tutorial on specific AI tools, but a critical overview of their opportunities and limitations in academic research.

This presentation is hosted online via MS Teams. Shortly before we start, you will receive an Outlook invitation with the link.
